To secure a booking FULL payment is required.

Payments - can be made securely online by credit card, using our third-party secure supplier: Moldova Agroindbank. No credit card details are taken or stored directly on www.winebus.md..

Payment Charges - Payments by credit card will not incur any charges, if paying by international bank transfer fees may apply.

Data Security - All payments are secure via third party secure supplier: Moldova Agroindbank payment system and we do not store or have access to any credit card data of our customers at any point.

Cancellations/ Refunds:

Cancellations made between 5 days before and 72 hours before transfer date will be refunded 50%  of the full transfer price.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the transfer date/time will be charged at the full amount and no refund will be given.

In the rare case that we can’t supply you with the transport service we promised, we will refund you in full. If there is no driver waiting for you at the airport once you arrive, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find out why and get an alternative driver to you immediately.


Customer Property - Customer's property/baggage is carried in our vehicles at the owners risk.

Early Collection/ Departure - If your transfer requires our drivers to work between the hours of 00:00 - 05:30 there is a surcharge of 20.00 euro.

Flight Delays - In the event of your flight being delayed it is your responsibility to contact winebus.md and inform us of your situation - The sooner you contact us the more likely we can rearrange and where possible reschedule your transfer. Our drivers will wait for 45 mins, at no extra charge, from your booked flight arrival time. After 45 mins there is a fee of 20.00 Euros an hour (this is to cover our drivers wages and parking fees). If you are delayed for a considerable time our driver may not be able to wait due to other transfer obligations. Where possible we will try to pick you up later, at no extra cost, if this ties in with our transfer schedule for the day. However, if other transfer arrangements are made, at your request, these will be made at a cost to you and your original transfer will be charged as expected. At all times safety is our primary concern therefore if at any point, circumstances beyond our control, could prevent us from providing a secure and safe service we reserve the right to cancel your transfer.

Delivery of  service: - Every effort is made by winebus.md to get to you and to get you to your destination on time and a comfortable and safe manor however the following adverse conditions, beyond our control, may prevent this: Severe weather conditions - Where safety of passengers and/or drivers could be compromised; Airport closure; Road traffic accidents; Unforeseen traffic delays; Customs clearance delays; Problems caused by other customers; The vehicle being held or delayed by a Police officer or Government official on the road and including border controls. Winebus.md will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of a delay due to the above circumstances, which are considered out of their control.

Complaints: Customers who have not received a satisfactory service and wish to complain must send their complaint by email within 7 days of the date booked for travel to ensure that we have all the necessary resources at our disposal to investigate. Investigation of complaints is carried out in a thorough manner which might take up to 30 working days to complete. Any complaint must be submitted thoroughly including date of transfer and reservation number, and any supporting evidence relevant to the case.

Safety: Passengers are obliged to stay seated on the vehicle at all times with safety belts fastened.

Alcohol and smoking: We encourage responsible behavior, particularly when passengers have been consuming alcohol before they board the car. No alcohol shall be consumed in the car during a wine tour. The driver has the right to terminate a tour if alcohol consumption or unruly behavior occurs on the route. Smoking is also not allowed in our company cars.

Special needs: If you need a special transport service such as child seats, a car with extra space for a pushchair, or are travelling with disabled passengers, travelling with pets, please make a note of this when you make your booking. Child seats are not included, these are provided for extra cost.

Transfers crossing international borders will involve border tax/visa fees/other fees, as per the government regulations. These fees are not included in Winebus.md transfer prices and are subject to change at the hands of the relevant authorities.

Confirmations: Customer will receive a confirmation from Winebus.md once the booking is finished. Customer is responsible for checking that the order details are correct and advising of any errors immediately. Customer is responsible for being at the stated pickup point at the time stated. Whilst our drivers will make reasonable attempts to identify missing passengers, no-shows will not be eligible for refund, and due to the nature of the service, the vehicle cannot turn around to collect no-shows.
